DELAY ON THE 3RD PARTY CLAIM OVER 3 MONTHS

King price client bumped my car it has been 3 months now trying to claim from the 3rd part , l provided everything they wanted but it has been 3 months now my vehicle has been out of work which is not fair their client admitted she's was wrong , so l don't know must l go back to their client to ask her to cover my expenses cause already l have lost a lot of business since my car is a business vehicle
