Delay in roadside assistance
I requested roadside assistance on 29 May 2023 around 20h00 in the west of Johannesburg. The consultant informed me that the technician was notified and was not far from my location. The technician that was dispatched to assist me was actually quite far from me. He only arrived at my location around 21h45. The insurance and the technician are blaming one another for the delay
