Delay and Lack of Progress on Cellphone Insurance Claim

**Complaint:** I am writing to express my concern regarding the handling of my cellphone insurance claim. I submitted my claim and was subsequently requested to provide supporting documentation, which I promptly submitted. My monthly premiums are fully paid and up to date.

Despite my compliance with all requirements, there has been continuous back-and-forth communication without any meaningful progress or resolution. The process has become unnecessarily prolonged, and it now appears as though there is reluctance on the insurer’s part to finalise and honour my claim.

When I initially took out the policy, I verified the IMEI number of my device during the onboarding call and was assured that the claims process would be smooth and efficient. However, my current experience has been quite the opposite.

I kindly request that this matter be attended to urgently and that I be provided with clear communication regarding the status and expected resolution of my claim.
