Deductions Continue After Policy Cancelled
<p>I requested that my policy KP ********** be cancelled with effect from 31 December 2016. I noted with concern that a debit order for January and February was still deduced from my bank account.</p> <p>Please cancel this policy and refund my debit order that was not supposed to go off.</p>
Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide.
