Deduction not made for them to requote

I never changed or stopped any of my debit orders , King Price never debited for one month i thought its the free month that they preach about when they promote themselves saying your premium goes down every month to a point which there will be a month where you don't pay since there was no communication from their side i thought all was well until weeks later i receive an sms saying i can no longer be covered they have cancelled my cover, i send them an email to inquire there has never been a response from them instead i receive calls of re-quoting I asked the lady about my problem she couldn't assist me. I am very disappointed in King Price I am no longer gonna recommend it to any of my family members or friends they are ********.
