Deducting my account without Authorisation
<p>I have requested King Price to cancel the policy before it even starts ,however they did not cancell it for whaever reason known to them and they keep debiting my account despite my request to cancel this stupit policy and i have sent thousands emails and all is a call from consultant assuring me that they are cancelling it righ away,come month my account is being debited again creating uncessary charges.I am really dissapointed in king Price,no customer service at all and i will never recommend anyone to use king price.I dont wannaa receive any apology call ,the only call that i want to received is they have cancelled this policy.Policy no. Thank you for your comments and allowing us the opportunity to respond. All cancellations are done telephonically and it was imperative that we speak to you to cancel, we wish to note that we attempted on several occasions to contact you but you where not available hence at that stage we where unable to cancel.
We note that Megon from our retentions department made contact with you on the 26th to discuss your concerns and to process your request. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused in this regard.
