I requested a QUOTATION beginning of Aug'15, never received vehicle and purchased ANOTHER vehicle 3 weeks later. Insured at another company. Insurance was never confirmed, registration, vin and chassis number never confirmed, assessor appointment never made, policy documents never received. NO documentation received, but funds deducted for VEHICLE NOT ON MY NAME, no confirmation made. Farid Anver Anverillie never returned calls, querying for week plus, calls always cut off, never return calls or emails. Call recording promised within 48 hours, awaiting a full week. INSURANCE DEDUCTED WITH NO VEHICLE INFORMATION AND POLICY DOCUMENTATION. I suspect the recording is unavailable due to this insurance company dealing *******ly and the recording will prove this.
