Deducted R107 more that what the app state it must be
On the app it show that my installment is supposed to be R691.31. Today thay deducted R798. 43. a hole R107 more then they can't state that I did not pay as I know that the deducted R692 in December. Please refund me to over charge amount or I will go to other insurance. This is not acceptable and no email was sent to inform your price is going up with that much
