Deducted my account twice
I'm very ****ed at how you guys handle things.!! I cancelled my policy on Monday 2nd March to be effective on the 31st March and they dragged the cancellation and ended up cancelled it on Thursday and they sent me an SMS saying that \the last day of the cover will be the 6th March 2015". Mind you on the 3rd March they deducted their premium of R851 for the month of March and on the 7th March they deduced again R733 on my account. What is it for? Even if I intended to come back to them I will never<br> <br> I WANT MY R733 BACK ASAP...... """
