Decreasing Premiums LIE

Please please please !!!! Never fall for their LIE of decreasing monthly premiums. in December 2023 I was on a call with their agent Gontse Matjeni(***), she assured me the premiums would never increase instead they would decrease every month. I took the car insurance policy and then she sent me the policy documents. Stated in there is the same claim that premiums will decrease monthly for Comprehensive cover. Mine never decreased, or shall I say they decreased by 2 rands, I started paying R635 and 12 months later it was R633. Then boom in December 2024 I get their email informing they would increase my premium to R728. Do the math.

I sent them an email and objected. They never addressed my email. They went ahead and debited R728 in Jan 2025. I reversed the debit order. The came back two weeks later and re-debited the same amount, the sheer disrespect. .. Ok I reversed it again and I gave them a call telling them to cancel the contract. i spoke to their guy called Neo. I told him i wanna cancel with immediate effect I don't want their cover anymore. Few hours later they send me an email telling me my contract will be cancelled end of Feb. They have been nagging my that i have not paid my premium. I don't want to see that name anywhere near my money again.

So please never fall for their lies. They tell you premiums will decrease just to hook you. After one year they will increase the premiums just like any other insurance company. They lie to customers.
