Decrease is not worth the increase
I took up an insurance with KP in January 22. They promised that my policy will be reviewed in 6months time(to be decreased). I have been trying to contact them, but no such luck(strange, when you phone new bussiness, they answer quite quickly) To my suprise, I get an increase January 23. I sourced a cheaper insurance, but now can't get hold of KP to cancel my policy. Please, I need retention to phone me so I can move on with my life
