Declining a claim
<p>Ok guys please stay away from King price, Breyten Janse van Vuuren is a pain and very rude. He does everything in his power to make sure your claim is not successful. My car is a write off and when you expect that your insurance will help you no they wont, he admits the other party was wrong and still goes on to decline and says someone called the insurance anonymously like how does that happen.</p>

Thank you for your comments and allowing us the opportunity to respond, we note that the outcome of your claim has been conveyed to you in detail and confirm that unfortunately you have not enjoyed cover for the incident due to the fact that the incident driver was in possession of a **** drivers license, this was confirmed with the Zimbabwean authorities. It is a condition of cover that the driver have a valid drivers licence in order to enjoy cover.
Based on the above we had no choice but to decline your claim as it is against the law to drive without a drivers licence. Any other factors determining the outcome of your claim have also been conveyed to you in detail.
