Declined my claim and Poor Service

I would like to report King price insurance, I am very disappointed regarding this insurance last year king price declined my claim they create and fabricate lies under my name saying I was using my car for business during investigation process all people that were interviewed were very clear and straightforward, but Musa decided to create lies under my name ,they payback all my premium that I have already pay to them and declined my claim,they told me to put dispute into their Ombudsman department ,what frustrate me more is the numerous calls that I am receiving from king price call center asking me to take the car insurance with them how can I take the insurance with the company that I don't trust I LOST trust from them, I am not willing to go back to them I even told my relatives about 7 people to cancel the business with them because they put me into stressfully and frustration position.
