Declined insurance claim for absolutely no reason

<p>This insurance company is absolute nonsense. They have just declined my claim for absolutely no reason. Apparently I had claimed from my previous insurance and I never disclosed it. but what is there to disclose if I cancelled the claim immediately when I realized that it was actually something small and I didn't need to claim for it.</p>
