decline to pay claim due to school fees
iam insured with ' kingprice' and my car has been written off due to the accident.kingprice decline the claims because the is judgement against my name for my daughters school fees default.and now i have to fatch the car that is not drivable and smashed within 5 days from smd boksburg

We always have our clients best interests at heart and therefore do not take decisions on claims lightly. During the sales stage of your policy you where asked to provide us with true and complete information in order for us to determine the correct premium and acceptance of cover, When asked if you have any judgements against your name you did not supply the correct information. Had you done so we would not have entered into the contract. It is therefore very important to always supply your insurer with the correct information.
