King Price Insurance

<p>I requested a QUOTE -- only a quote-- for my son's car he had just purchased. We wanted third party Fire and Theft. I was told by the consultant that I could get my quote but first had to listen to their mandatory sells pitch and provise personal details before the quote would be given.</p> <p>I was assured that all calls were recorded for their sake as well as mine. Part of the mandatory information they required was banking details which I questioned but was assured it was just protocol.&nbsp;</p> <p>After giving all the details I was given a quote which I then said I would discuss with my son and husband BEFORE we accept it. The consultant said she'd phone back the next day to further the application if we decided this is an acceptable quote.</p> <p>She never did. I never pursued it and found another insurance company. TWO months later an amount of R550 odd was taken off my account. Trying to investigate this has been a nightmare!! No one returns my calls, no one wants to give me the recording of the conversation so I can prove that I NEVER accepted the quote. THEY STOLE MY MONEY and I can't get it bac****!</p>
