Debting money from my account even when i cancelled

I am beyond disappointed that a big company like King Price after numerous times I have cancelled my insurance with them they are still debiting from my account without my permission they even use different reference every month so the amount can go through I have to take out all my amount from my account so that you don't find anything but you guys damaging my account because I am always on a minus....I have been waiting for a call from cancellation departing even now I am still waiting.. please stop what you are doing and cancel me on your system....I will never ever use King Price or even recommend it to anyone I am very disappointed...
