Debits of Policy which has no Authorisation

After receiving a quote from King Price a policy was issued to me via email I had instructed them not to go ahead until I have cancelled my current insurance whereby I would notify them that they can continue however they had gone ahead and started deducting from my account , numerous communication was sent to King Price instructing them not to implement this policy until I was fully satisfied with the cover provided, however my account was debited SIX TIMES.<br> <br> After numerous communication I eventually received my first refund and I instructed them to cancel the policy however continuous debits was done again on my account. <br> <br> I was told that the once off fee would be waived and yet continuous debits from my account was made including the 'waived' fee, I was contacted and told a second refund was made yet this was not the case, and then again a debit was once again made from account after this communication , I was quite happy to go with King Price but this has just given me negative vibes from them, that there is mis-management and communication is of no satisfaction, If this is the case I would hate to find out if I had to lay a claim what would the outcome be.
