DEBITING MY ACCOUNT AFTER QUOTATION

I purchased a vehicle on the 29.07.2015 and was shopping for insurance . i did an online quote with Kings Price and they called me back and we did a quote with them and i was happy but did not take it. i told them i do have insurance and on the 30th i emailed them and called to say i wont be taking insurance. again they tried stopping i still told them i wont take it . on the 5th i sent another email to confirm the same the same . again someone called me i told them i wont take the insurance. but they debited my account i dont know what for . i have returned debits now because of them. i hate kings price . i will never recommend anyone to even get a quote because that will mean you taking insurance. i called them now they said i should wait for someone to call me while they have my money. what a *****
