Debiting my account after I cancelled the policy

I cancel my policy but king price debited my account more than what I was even paying and when I sent messages for reversal of my money I do not get any response...........King price its a ****, worse I was warned about it by another insurance and I thought to myself there are only saying that because I did not choose them and I had to learn the hard way
