Debiting more than what was quoted

I called kingprice three weeks ago and i was told they would investigate the reason why i was debited R 670 more or less instead of R 518 for the last 2 months, since then i have spoken to 4 different consultant and they all tell me the same thing \my marital status changed\" <br> <br> Firstly i have never been married, secondly, i have never received any feedback or follow up calls from none of them.<br> <br> You cant debit more than what i expected to be debited for two months and NOT GIVE ME A VALID REASON WHY OR PROCESS A CREDIT.<br> <br> All i want is for this to be resolved, and three weeks is way to long to be waiting for a issue to be resolved, regardless of the query especially when its related to Money.<br> <br> At the end of the day you offering a service, so provide a service that is reliable!!!<br> <br> "
