Debiting money while I did NOT accept contract!!!
I have requested a quotation from King Price Insurance. As per our RECORDED conversation on 18 March 2015 I stated that I will get back to them when I decide to sign the contract. I sent an email on 7 May 2015 to the email address provided by the representative stating that I DO NOT want to take out insurance with them. End of May 2015 an amount of R691.16 was deducted from my account! I phoned King Price and spoke to Jean-Pierre Weyers who said I needed to cancel my contract. WHAT CONTRACT??? I did not sign for anything neither did I verbally agree to anything. He then told me that he has cancelled everything and that I had to go to the bank to reverse the amount, which I did! I just had a look at my bank statement and again they have deducted an amount of over R700 from my account! I will NEVER EVER take out insurance with KING PRICE after this!
