Debited my account after I cancelled!!
I sent an email on the 18th of October and said I wanted to cancel the insurance and sure as hell my account was debited today. Until now, no one has responded to my email or attempted to phone me. This is very unprofessional and if I knew that this is how they do business, I would never have requested a quote. PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY!
