DEBITED 3TIMES NO REPLY TO MY MAILS
I have been debited 3 times for car insurance and I am very upset I want someone to call me and attend to this immediately otherwise I will complain to the ombudsman.<br> I was debited today at 7:58pm, for R1045.13, R245.00 AND R439.44.<br> This is unacceptable, who is paying this bank charges???<br> I was supposed to be debited pro rata for this few days left in December as WE HAVE JUST JOINEDTHIS INSURANCE!<br> <br> <br> Want to be called immediately if I am not called and this is not rectified I will go directly to the ombudsman, this is not customer service.<br> We have just joined this insurance and you already showing us how bad things can get?<br> <br> I HAVE NO RESPONSES TO MY EMAILS<br> <br> <br>
