Debit order only payment method - unhelpful

I must first say that I am very disappointed with King Price policy that does not allow to pay a premium by any other means other than debit order. I have been trying to pay a missed premium for 2 weeks without success. However, I need to say that they Whatsapp line is very responsive. Lelanie was very kind and helpful. However, not sure if my issue will be resolved as it has been escalated to other department.
