******** debit order. No response nor interest to resolve

A debit order for a King Price insurance policy is being deducted from a business bank account to which the policy does not belong. After reporting this numerous times and even confirming with a consultant telephonically that the policy holder and account holder is not the same nothing is done to stop this theft. No reply to email sent to the customer service email address either. Apparently at King Price you can provide any banking details for your policy and get someone else to sponsor it for you.
