Debit Order Despute

So my insurance premium goes off on the 20th of every month and it is based on the mileage I've put in. Now King Price came on the 30th of January to tow my car to the repair shop. I then called them and informed them the car is not moving so my cover can be paused and just pay the basic premium. I have been informing them on a monthly basis and on the 19th of April I had made a provision for the R289 to be debited but instead they put through a debit for a full premium of R608. Bear in mind that my car is in for repairs and hasn't moved for almost 3 months. I queried this with Kholeka and was told that I needed to submit the mileage for the month. I asked her to call me on Monday the 26th of April so we can arrange for an adhoc debit order. She did not call but again a debit order for a full premium was put through on the 26th and was successful. I then called on the 28th of April and spoke to Gavin who promised me that it would be sorted before end of business which didn't happen. He told me it was a mistake from their side as the mileage shows that the car hasn't moved an inch, needless to say he didn't bother to call me back. I then decided to reverse the debit order on the 29th and immediately I got an sms saying the premium was unpaid. I called on the 30th of April and spoke to Pieter, whom I asked to action a special debit order for the R289 and he told me they can only debit a R608 and then refund me the difference which is a load of ***. Why charge me a full premium for the mileage I did not do. The past 3 months have been nothing but frustrating and I have now decided to cancel my insurance with them. So much nonsense that could've been avoided. Goodbye King Price, you've just lost another pawn.
