DEBIT ORDER AFTER CANCELLATION OF POLICY

on the 15th of July 2015 I've cancelled my policy with King Price Insurer but they phoned me back trying to convince me and saying that if I cancell on that day I will not be covered from the 16 and they will refund me my pro rate from the 17th, then I decided to go on with the policy up until the end of the month, then on the 24th July I send another email for cancellation as the new insurer will be taking the debit order. But King Price phoned me to confirm if am serious about the cancellation then I confirmed but the debit order went through, but I did not worry too much I went to the bank to reverse it<br> my big concern
