Debit Order
I contact them regarding a quote for insurance on my vehicle. After consideration I decided that I want all my eggs in one basket and decided I was not interested in their product.<br> The folliwing day I contacted Otto Steyn via email and let him know I was not interested and I will not need their product.<br> <br> However they debited my account on the 1th of January and I feel that it was totally on called for seeing that I cancelled a quote the day after I was contacted by an operator. I will never ever recommend King Price to anybody if that is the way they operate in. <br>

We where unable to cancel as the policies are cancelled telephonically. As per our records you have been in contact with our retentions department whom have assisted you in this regard.
