Debit for absent product
I made a claim for a lost cellphone in February and it was approved i was told that since the phone was lost they will take out of the policy and when i get the new one i must call them to update it and since i did not call i thought i won't be debited but to my surprise they did how can they debit for the things that are not there on the system
