Dead Silence
I submitted my claim on the 28th of May 2015 and my case is handled by Amore Dutoit. Until now I have no received any feedback from her neither she has returned my calls or messages left for her. It has been a month now and I have called several times, not even once she has sent me any form of communication.<br> <br> The other upsetting thing is that she gave the assessors of my vehicle an inactive number, besides the fact that I updated my contact details with her on the day of submitting my claim.<br> <br> I don't feel like a valued customer. I just want them to fix my car or at least keep me informed . After this we can cut ties.
