I was involved in a car accident about two weeks ago and my claim is still outstanding, the consultant keeps makang threats that they not going to cover me since they cannot find the car inspection report, is it really fair that ive been paying my policy and keeping it up to date but now they telling me the policy is not really active, so the big question is what have i been paying all this time . The consultant even went to an extent of asking me to call all my previous insurers and ask for some report and submit those to him before they can look at my claim, he keeps asking me about the tow company that took my car when they're the ones that send the towing company to me but now for reason i have to know details of the tow company. His service delivery is mediocre to say the least.
