Darius Kasalu in cancelations was great. He listened and was empathetic. The call centre staff were okay. Companies, i.e. digicall assessing solutions, One Call etc. Were pathetic. Given my claim, my property gate stood open due to storm damages for an entire day without hearing from Nola Projects. They arrived a day later after I had fixed my gate myself as I could not leave it open for another day due to my safety and the safety of my property. The companies managing your contractors' book needs to be reviewed, as really their services suck and is very bad. They are incapable of managing the books of all insurers in this country. You need to review your model. It's not the first time I have such a bad experience with the likes of companies mentioned above.
