Damaged goods returned

I reported a claim to king price November 2015 , goods got rejected , the repair people they refered me to said it was not damaged by lightning i accepted it like that my goods (only the amp where returned ) my external drive missing no one knows nothing about that , now that i got my amp back it doesent even switch on And the front pannel is glued with that looks like no more nails , i phoned king price with the complain and til today i heard nothing from king price or their recomended repair people <br>
