Damage to my vehichle caused by towing company

On 28/06/15 around 16:30 on my way from Dundee to Johannesburg, between Volkrust heading towards Standerton I damaged my oil sump due to uneven roads and then contacted King Price roadside assistance and informed them that I need towing and there are 4 passengers, the dispatcher only authorized a tow company 3 hours after this incident and informed that there is place for the passengers, when the tow truck came there was no space for the passengers and out of sheer desperation the 3 ladies had to sit in the car on the flatbed of the tow truck while being towed, while the vehicle was being pulled up the cable snapped and my car rolled back and the back bumper got damaged, when we arrive in Johannesburg and the car was getting of the ramp the tow truck driver then rips out my whole front bumpers. The life of my family was in jeorpody that night and there was damages to my vehicle caused by my Insurance and the tow truck company they have arranged and I am not getting any feedback.
