Damage Report etc.

My vehicle was ****** on the 27th of February, and has been recovered three hours later.<br> <br> My car was in the police pound for about two weeks. It has been two weeks since my car has been released from the pound and I still don't have the damage report. <br> <br> The assessor apparently has been notified to speed up the process by Barbara, but still no joy. I have kids to take to school and drive to work and back. How much longer is this going to take????<br> <br> After I receive the damage report, how long is it going to take for the car to be repaired, data dotted, police cleared etc???
