Customers Mean Nothing to Them Come Claims Time

This company does not care about customers when it comes to claims. Yet you pay every month and now I'm being forced to use a a panel beater who is 70 - 100 KMs away from me when they use 3rd party companies to assign panel beaters who are closer to you.

I did request to use a panel beater on the network who is 9 KMs away from me and this was approved however a few days later it is canceled and I must use this panel beater who is so far away because they are cheaper.

King Price are going for the cheapest quotes but when we ask for discounts on our premiums it can't be done.
