Customer Service - OR NOT!!!

On the 31 Mar 2016 I called King Price's Call Centre to query a double debit that occurred on my account. The premium in Feb 2016 was not taken, hence King Price took it upon themselves to debit me on the 27th and 30th March 2016. Kyle was the consultant that \assisted\" and his demeanor telephonically was appalling to say the least. He told me no one is to blame for this. Imagine my shock! So who didn't do their job right that I now have to pay for it - literally??!! He advised me that he will escalate to Finance and get back to me. Which I understood and had no problem with, but then he asks me why didn't I call in when the debit was not taken in Feb but because I was double debited in Mar I am making a fuss! I was livid!! From a Customer Care industry myself, this is not the service we offer to clients. I called back and asked to speak to a team leader, I was transferred to Jolandie who promised me the world in terms of listening to the call and getting back to me. It is almost 1 week later and nothing!!! I am seriously considering cancelling my insurance and moving to service provider that actually does take the needs and concerns of their clients seriously!!!"
