Customer Service is good
Customer Service is good. I called them to review my policy and they did not hesitate to listen to my concerns. In few minutes, no time wasted, my policy was reviewed and the premium dropped. The agent who was assisting me was very helpful and tolerant. He made sure I understood everything that was explained to me in simple terms, if I may put it that way. I have been insured with them for the past four years haven’t had any issues with their service.
