Customer Service experience
Their service has been outstanding from the moment I had my accident. My rating is currently a 4 because I am still waiting on them to extend my car hire again as I still do not have my car and do not understand why I should return a car when I do not have mine back. Car hire was extended the 1st time around though.
I must say I was so please with Tshidi Malahlela's customer service, she was just amazing. She has people s****s, patience and so willing to assist she actually is the reason I thought I should do a review write up on the insurance company.
