10 Nov 2020 at 15:54pm Excellent customer service and support The experience I received from Norman Burness is beyond exceptional. I received an unexpected call to confirm the colour of my car since there was a discrepancy between the information they got from me and the one from the car inspectors. Immediately after the conversation, he also reviewed my premium and gave me more than R400.00 discount. Our conversation was flowing like we were friends. If this is not excellent customer service then I don't know!!!!!
