Customer service at its best!
I was so impressed with the great customer service I received from a wonderful person called Anriette Viljoen today. She explained everything that I needed to know while helping me with my car insurance. She is professional and very friendly. She is a true example of what customer service should be all about! Thank you, Anriette! You are truly a breathe of fresh air!
