<p>I called in to inform my insurance company of an accident I had last Friday. I was impressed to be greeted by the very pleasant king price representative named Basie Piek. He had my details on hand, he new exactly who I was before I could give him my policy number. It felt very nice to have human interaction and not an automated system, this consultant knew his stuff, he was efficient and informed me about the formalities and explained them to me as well. He was a good listener and was able to note of exactly what I said,being a sales person myself, I really mean it when I say, that Mr Piek is a great asset to King price and I really do think we should have more consultants adopting his drive and passion.</p>
