I sent a e-mail request at 16h19 and less than 30 minutes later I received a telephone call from Elfreda Pieterse, which was truly amazing. Elfreda's telephone etiquette left me speechless and her product knowledge great which makes communication such a pleasure. I wish that the rest of the team can be as efficient.
