Customer loyalty

Been with king price since the start. Had multiple cars insured over the years. Never ever claimed. I sold my car in December and was loaning a car until now which obviously did not need insurance. King price want to charge be almost double the rate for a car that is half the price as previous. My loyalty meant nothing over the years! Did i mention i have never claimed... ever!! It is absolutely disgusting!! So disappointed in King price. I used to recommend you to everyone. Guess that has changed, i will now make sure to let everyone i know about this disgusting treatment and lack of care or even effort to try keep a client. I have just received a great deal from Out Surance now. How can they give me a great deal when you cant and i have been with you since the start??? Shameful!! Never use you again! Will be moving my whole family and relatives who are currently with you as per my recommendation made to them in the past.. So say goodbye to 6 clients immediately and more to follow.. Thanks for nothing
