On the 05th of March I was assisted by a lady by the name of Tshwaraganang Manaka. From the start of the call right up to the end of it, she was helpful and we explored different avenues to address my requirements.
At the end of the call, I was convinced that what she offered me (which was the status quo at the time) was the best option for me. It was the time she invested in the call and in me that leaves me 100% satisfied.
