I totally love their service model and how the claim process is hustle on the app and then a consultant calls you back for further details. Many insurance call on a daily bases to offer a competitive quote and I decline as i do not want to waste my time. I just received a service call to check if everything is still fine from Dawid Janse Van Rensburg who was friendly and professional.
