its not very often we get to commend an agent who handled a difficult customer, however today is that day. Thank you Garth Naidoo for being extremely composed and understanding. I called through 4 times and none of the other agents could assist me with so clarity on my account. He managed to assist me in a mere 5 minutes . That's so awesome for a client.
