Curse the day I joined King Price Insurance

<p>My car window was damaged on the 10th August and I submitted my claim the following day. Until today my window is not fixed and they are sending form pillar to post with all the excuses in the book.</p> <p>On the 12th I was contacted by Autoboys informing me that they do not have the glass in stock they will refer it back to King Price for referal to another company and I heared the same call on Monday the 15th. Today its the 4th day after the claim was submitted but nobody cares about the resolution. Everything is my fault and I cant complain anywhere as their managers are always in the meeting or attending some survey.</p> <p>Don`t know whether its King Price policy to delay claims, to have their agents blaming a client for asking about the claim or just being ******** and not understanding why I am paying the insurance and that I do not deserve to be treated in this manner.</p> <p>For the first time in 14 years im using taxis to commute to work and I have to walk for 3km to get a taxi but I dont blame King Price, I blame myself for settiling for cheap insurance and expect the best service</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
