Cruel evil and patronizing service fix my car

I don’t know where to start on the 25th of November 2018 I had a car accident which clearly wasn’t my fault as the other driver didn’t adhere to stop sign, I then called my insurance which is king price for assistance and they came towed my vehicle, I then got a call on a Friday the 30th of November from their assessor Brandon who said to me my car was a writte off due to value of parts to fix it in which it wasn’t my problem at all I mean they Insured my vehicle knowing the value of it in which my car is covered up to 176000 and they advised their quote was 119800 and I asked to how much am I covered up to they told me of R116000.00 in which there is only 3000 difference I then told them I’m not writting the car off they have to fix it they then said that I must get the quotes and I did just to add after I called following up they said a guy by the name Gerhard will call me to assist he then asked me to get the quotes I did send it to him today so the quote was way lesser than what they quoted and I decided to drive to the location where they then king price send me too and to my surprise my vehicle was not available there I called the call center and they told me the same address I was inn and it was not there only to find out that the vehicle is at one of their panel beaters and what the hell is it doing there as they claimed a written off and without me knowing that it’s at a panel beaters again I called them with no joy Sabela xaba advise he doesn’t know where my vehicle is now my question is how do u write off someone’s car take it to a panel beaters and ask to meet me in person no I want my car fixed as I said from the start and I want that now I’m tired of being abused by this insurance I don’t want anything except my car fixed and since u took it to panel beaters let’s hope soon it will be done rather than that don’t contact me unless you will be telling me the process of fixing my car I paid my premiums I done my part I did cof tyres are in good condition my car engine was on when it was towed I don’t have any air bags issues either fix my car and bring it back period I don’t want stories I heard about stories before I’m living a nightmare and I still haven’t even recovered my shock from the accident and I’m fighting for my car now with people who didn’t even tell me of their 65 % cover up on point of sale like seriously this is wrong stop abusing people we pay to get your company growing and then this where is the pride to ur royalty?????? Fix my car and now
